Terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026 · This English translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Coraxio Readiness, an online tool for assessing and estimating Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, published by Dimby ANDRIANAMBININTSOA, sole proprietor, trading as Coraxio (see the legal notice). Using the tool means accepting these terms.
2. Access
The tool is free and intended for professionals. It is available without creating an account. Coraxio may change, suspend or discontinue access, in particular for maintenance.
3. Connecting a Microsoft 365 tenant
By connecting a tenant, the user declares that they are authorised by their organisation to grant the requested permissions. These permissions are delegated and read-only: the tool creates, modifies and deletes no data. The organisation can revoke them at any time from Microsoft Entra.
4. Nature of the results
The readiness score, inventory, watch points and price estimate are produced automatically from data provided by Microsoft or entered by the user. The estimate is indicative and non-binding. Only a quote issued by Coraxio after consultation and scope validation binds Coraxio.
Microsoft usage reports may be incomplete, delayed by 24 to 48 hours or anonymised; some items are estimated and flagged as such.
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to provide accurate information in the forms, not to disrupt the operation of the tool and not to attempt to misuse it.
6. Liability
Coraxio takes the utmost care with the tool, under a best-efforts obligation. Coraxio cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the results displayed, nor for inaccuracies arising from Microsoft data or from information entered.
7. Intellectual property
The tool, its content and its calculation method remain the property of Dimby ANDRIANAMBININTSOA (Coraxio). The user may keep and share internally the report obtained for their own project.
8. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute between professionals falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office (Thiais, Val-de-Marne), namely those of Créteil.
